Railcar Repair Facilities

In 2020 two industrial facilities were built to better serve the growing railcar repair industry. The buildings have 2 sets of tracks to efficiently shuttle railcars and can easily fit six 60’ railcars. Each building has a 16,000 SF shop, 600 SF lab, and a 1,500 SF office. The electrical system is designed for heavy industrial use with 3-phase power. The repair facilities provide a convenient solution for customers to store and service their railcars in the same location and avoid moves on Class 1 railroads.
